Tattoo Information

Alyx Stormes is tattooing at our event! Flash tattoos will be $100 each. Scheduling and payment will go directly through Alyx. If you are interested in a tattoo, indicate that when you purchase tickets. As the event gets closer, Alyx will reach out to you directly. (This means that Book Wyrm Productions will share your email with Alyx.) Tattoo designs will be announced in 2026.

If you purchase tickets between December 1, 2025 and January 1, 2026, you will receive $25 off your tattoo!

Discord

After you purchase tickets, you will be invited to join the Book Wyrm Productions Discord! This is a great place to discuss outfits for the ball and books!

Getting into the ball

When you purchase tickets, you will be prompted to provide a name (first and last). Bring a valid driver's license or state ID card with the provided name to be allowed entry into the ball. If you purchased multiple tickets under the same name, all parties under that name must show up at the same time.

Why do we ask for your mailing address?

If you purchase tickets, we are sending you a surprise gift. If your billing address is different from your mailing address, please provide the address you want your gift sent to.

This will only be used for the Frost Dragon Ball. It will not be sold or used outside of this specific event.

Dress Code

Fantasy formal.

No weapons are allowed at this event.

The “Don’t Be a Jerk” Clause

We reserve the right to kick anyone out of the event. Cruelty, discrimination, or harmful disruptions (both to people and venue) will not be tolerated. There will be no warnings. There will be no refunds. You will leave the event.

Other Important Info

  • There are no refunds for this event. If you can no longer attend, contact us for how to transfer your tickets to someone else.

  • For our signature cocktail, valid photo ID is required to prove you are 21 or older.

  • By purchasing tickets, you and all parties who are attending the ball agree to have yourself filmed and photographed. You agree those videos and images can be used in promotional material for Book Wyrm Productions.
